At AK Store, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund under the following conditions:

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Items damaged due to misuse are not eligible for return.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
